We Will Start the Home Furniture Auction No Later Than 2:00pm
Terms: $100 cash deposit required to register as a bidder. Payment made in full day of sale with cash, personal checks with proper I.D., company checks w/bank letter of guaranty, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. 10% buyer's premium. All items sell "as is, where is". Written absentee bids accepted with deposit. 3 day removal.
